I had a question about ftp accounts. I have downloaded filezilla, and saved the ftp configuration to my desktop. But when I try to run it, it says that it does not know what to open the file with. What do I do? Also I tried picking filezilla, and it poped up as an error, but the filezilla screen came up, but my cpanel was not listed as in the instructions. Will someone please help me?:biggrin:

What do you mean by FTP configuration?
Are you using your main account to connect to FTP or an account you created by cPanel?
This is the information you should know:
Port: 21
Host: eternalquest.exofire.net
Username: conmiro
Password: The same as cPanel.
Let us know if you can't connect and tell us what error you're getting.
