FTP-Accounts not visible in cPanel

Since my x10hosting account was unsuspended my previous created FTP-Accounts are not visible in my cPanel anymore. I'm still able to use/login/access my files with them, but there is no way to configure, delete, or recreate them, because in cPanel it just says "No accounts found.".

Can someone fix this please?

It would be enough if someone could just remove both FTP-Accounts, so that they can be recreated again. Their entries still must be stored somewhere, otherwise I wouldn't get the error "An account with that login already exists." all the time.
