FTP accounts

I wanted to make a second ftp account.
I have created the account with cPanel,
but I can't connect to the ftp server with the account.
I got a "530 Authentification failed" message in FileZilla.
I think that cPanel didn't create the account.
Please help me.

You can try removing the ftp account and trying again. If it still is giving you an error, you could be providing it with the wrong information

I allready tried it but it didn't work.
I also tried simple passwords and usernames like "abc".

Are you using the correct FTP account username? New FTP accounts have the username 'user@example.x10hosting.com'.

I have used the username "dealer" in FileZilla.
Let's say the password is "blabla".

Edit: After a few times of retrying it works...
