FTP acess

Hi

I have made a new FTP account for one of my users, the connection does not work, i think its to do with the server which one is it i use www.dprophecy.com as my main account, but with this one i tried it says host not found this one is motogawa@dprophecy.com (/motogawa) what would the server be it still doesnt work, when i tried that says host not found?

when you make a ftp acsess, the user goes to ftp.dprophecy.com and then just uses his/her username and password to login... at least thats how i do it...

IT gives me host not found with ace, so i dont know i tried ftp.dprophecy.com

Well when I try to connect with cuteftp it gives me this message...

I get it, you have to use motogawa@dprophecy.com as username (not just motogawa) and the passwork, should work that way because hermoine22 is in the business server, and that one is working fine.
