ftp address?

Hi,

I searched the threads but didn't see an answer that would help me. What is my ftp address? I know I used it before but I've lost it from my client's keychain and can't remember / can't find a space on the x10 hosting control panel where it tells me what it is.

I am using Transmit and my site is: http://dawnandderek.x10hosting.com

I tried: ftp.dawnandderek.x10hosting.com as well as dawnandderek.x10hosting.com and ftp://ftp.dawnandderek.x10hosting.com and ftp://dawnanadderek.x10hosting.com

The username I had was DawnA621 which is what I use to log in here and to x10 hosting. The pw is correct.

What am I doing wrong? Anyone have an idea?

dawnandderek.x10hosting.com is the correct address, make sure the port is set as port 21. Same user and pass as cPanel.

if you are using a program like coffeecup ftp or filezilla ftp

your host name should be

dawnanadderek.x10hosting.com

plus use your cpanel username and password

Okay, thanks for letting me know I'm not crazy. I got it to work -- wonder if I was using DawnA621 instead of dawna621 - not sure if it matters, but it works! Thanks!
