ftp and ad problem

i got my account set-up however i can't log-in in FTP, so i just uploaded it via file manager in cpanel. however it would be too hectic if i'm gonna use the file manager all the time... so is it just me or everyone can't connect in ftp?

another question is... i've put the code and the ads aren't showing up.

yeah some other users have ftp issues too.. are you sure you put in the ad code correctly?

did you download the ad zip file from the thread I posted? its because you copy and pasted the ad snippet which should NOT be on one line. download the zip file, copy the ad code and paste in your document.
