As above, my login isn't working any more. I can't get into cpanel either.
Basically xo2.x10hosting.com doesn't like my account, yet my site still stands ok but I need to update things here and there.
I can get into https://x10hosting.com/portal/login.php
and it takes me to this page:
I click on the "Open cPanel" link on the right but it redirects to the https://xo2.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ which I imagine is a new server and it isn't been updated to the details I had when I was on the lotus server.
ah this point I get stuck here with this page not allowing me in and since there is no link on requesting a new password, (this is what I usually do when new servers don't get updated with old credentials) I get stuck and can't go ahead.
