FTP and eMail Piping

Hello,

I would like to say thanks for the free hosting, It's great

However i'm trying to login into FTP and it doesn't seem to work.

Also when i try a pipe a email to a script i get the following error

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

pipe to |/home/tongo/process.php
generated by sms@tongo.x10.mx

I've CHMD to file to 755.

Any ideas

If you are attempting to use perl with the script, perl is disabled on free hosting servers. Here's a hosting plan comparison that lists what is and isn't included with free hosting http://x10hosting.com/free-hosting-comparison.

As for your ftp problems, what are you using for the url and username? If we determine that it's all correct, then it's most likely because of this http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/147263-starka-ddos-attack.html.
