Ftp and Email

Seems "the system" recognizes my user name(s), but not my passwords for either ftp or my email accounts. Has the pwd file not beeen restored, or is it broken... or what? I sincerely appreciate the free service that x10 provides, I really do. But I'm getting very frustrated at not being able to get email or ftp (much less my website) for weeks on end. It's really not doing much to persuade me to go premium.

Okay, enough of that... my actual request is... How do I gain access back to my own ftp and emall?

Login to the account panel https://x10hosting.com/control and reset your cPanel password.
