I tryed to create an ftp account with the name guiltyPleasures as the username and it actually created two accounts. One account had the capital P and the other was all lowercase and had no home directory at all. Both logins were invalid anyway. I shortend the username and removed the capital P and it created it account. Unfortunatly the login does not work.

When you create additional FTP accounts you need to use the account name + your full address as the user name, so:

newuser@baudSmoke.elementFX.com for the user name.
