Can anyone help me, how to speed up file upload from ftp clients, and how to increase the upload size limit

You can't increase the upload size limits for Files uploaded to FTP. As for upload speed, that is dependent on the speed of your Internet connection, server load, as well as any rate limiting features of your FTP client and of the routes to x10Hosting. If you can provide a speed test for us to see, that would allow us to see if upload speed is an issue. On regular residential Internet connections, the upload speed tends to be significantly slower compared to the download speed, so keep this in mind. Generally, only Fiber Optic to the Home Providers offer high upload speeds.

Thanks for the explanation, I ask sometimes several server hosting provider, can more quickly, with the same internet I use.
