FTP Connection Problem

I am using FlashFXP to connect via FTP on my server and it was working fine last night but now when I go to connect it gets all the way after it authenticates my password and then it says "Connection Lost." I'm on Fris.

I believe Fris is still migrating, I can't get on FTP either. Once the server is settled the connection should establish.
