Greetings. I'm having problem to use FTP client to connect to ftp.xenova.exofire.net
I am pretty sure that the username, password, port is correct.
I have tried to create new FTP account and tried different FTP clients to try this but still failed.
Somehow, when i use my another account on x10hosting which is ftp.xenova.x10.bz, then everything is working fine. Can you please advise on this matter? Thanks.
These are the output from my FTP client:
STATUS
[10/30/2010 11:14:22 AM] Getting listing ""...
STATUS [10/30/2010 11:14:22 AM] Resolving host name ftp.xenova.exofire.net...
STATUS [10/30/2010 11:14:22 AM] Host name ftp.xenova.exofire.net resolved: ip = 69.175.120.122.
STATUS [10/30/2010 11:14:22 AM] Connecting to FTP server... ftp.xenova.exofire.net:21 (ip = 69.175.120.122)...
ERROR [10/30/2010 11:14:24 AM] The remote host actively refused the attempt to connect to it.
