FTP/Cpanel Access Problem? READ THIS NOW

Greetings everyone!

Well, i made this topic just to help most of you with ftp and cpanel log problems.
Since the server move and new ip, some things have changed a little.
So, to help a little the Admins n' Mods, i made this topic to stop people creating topics for same problems.

PS.: This might work with MOST of people. I do not say 100%.


FTP LOG PROBLEMS:

In your FTP Program, people normally used:
HOST: yourdomain.x10hosting.com
USER and PASS~

Now, to log at ftp, you will need to add AT HOST:
ftp.yourdomain.x10hosting.com
User and Pass still the same.

Then connect! It will works. I was checking somethings and i found that just 50 accounts can be logged in FTP at same time.

CPANEL PROBLEMS:
Some people used cpanel.yourdomain.x10hosting.com but i think this dont work anymore.

So, the new cpanel url is:
yourdomain.x10hosting.com/cpanel

Then, will promp a login/pass box. Fill it and done! You logged in cpanel.

and remember to open port 2082 in your firewall's.

500 INTERNAL ERROR:
I have no idea lol, sorry. If i had, i would fix my problems too
