FTP, CPanel Isn't working

Okay I know there was work done on servers, and I also seen Corey posted to post if our cpanel isn't working, so that is why I'm here, my cpanel isn't working same goes for FTP..

Hmm so much posts in "Client Support" posts and on third page in few hours... But anyway will someone look into this..?

httpd is down right now we know, so just hold on while we wait for it to get turned back "on" as you could say

httpd is back "on"
but everything that has to do with php doesn't work.

it seems like the httpd service (thats apache) is sorta 2 sided, its failing starting some modules to run...
