Hello there, I'm a student trying to get my website connected with FileZilla

My control panel is x12 for reference.

When I go to FTP management I am able to create a new username and password, but I don't see where I can find my host and the port... Am I missing something that's obvious?

Thanks in advance!

Haha yes I am in that class. In the FTP management page be sure to hit the "Create FTP Account" button so you can make a username and password to use to login. Use port 21 and set your host to ftp.yoursitename.x10.mx or whatever your site ends with.

@itsmejoeyq and @tuglynn are you both stating you are in the same web class together and using our hosting for the class? If so we would love to help out further as we can by providing you with whatever service you require. We would also be interested in sponsoring some resources for the whole class / school if you want to ask how we can be of help. Feel free to have anyone reach out to me es@x10hosting.com
