ftp doesn't work

ftp doesn't work. I used windows explorer to open my ftp; it usually works but today it just stalls and doesn't work. What should I do?

It seems like someone else had the same problem as you, but their FTP is working fine now. The issue may have been caused by temporary high server load. Please try connecting to your FTP again, and feel free to post back if you have any persisting problems.
