please give me some more details, like what type of file, and did you open up the files in your computer to see if there was something in them ?

Just a little bit of pedantry here: FTP certainly does work -- it's one of the core protocols of the internet (and networking in general).

If you are having trouble getting FTP to work on your account, that's a support issue, and it should be posted in the Free Hosting forum. If you can connect to the server using an FTP client to initiate the transfer, then the chances are pretty good that the problem has to do with the server or your account configuration rather than something you're doing at your end.

The problem with posting administrative support issues outside of the Free Hosting forum (the support forum) is that the people who can actually help with the problem -- people who have access to the tools needed to check out issues on the server -- are far less likely to see it. If the problem needs to be escalated from a Community Support issue to an actual trouble ticket, we can't do that from here (it's a simple click of a button in the support area).

(Similarly, programming issues and issues with third-party scripts and so on are best posted in their dedicated forums -- the people who can actually help are most likely to be lurking there rather than in "Off Topic", which is meant as a channel for meaningless chatter. Not that there's anything wrong with chatter -- it's that chatter that makes the community a community.)

It's html files with size about 12-25K. If I see it from my hard drive it works good. I use for upload ftprush or cuteftp, but any way, after uploaded files on ftp-server it have size equal zero.

how many files are there? and if there is not many you may be able to extract them from a zip folder and open up each file from where its located in your computer (C:\Users\yourcomputer\Documents\yourfiles.zip) then right click on the file and press extract, click on the file you wish to open, and open each file into notepad or wordpad, then manually copy and paste them in the file ext they belong in, such as (there-file-locations.html) inside your ftp, other then telling you to do it that way i really don't know what the issue is your having with uploading the file and it being a size of zero like the files themselves are not there or if they are there, just empty idk.
