FTP error

Hi!

this should be the last error to be fix before i mass move my website to your servers =)

i get the following error during SmartFTP usage:
[19:52:11] 200 TYPE is now ASCII

[19:52:11] 534 Fallback to

[/COLOR][/SIZE][SIZE=3][COLOR=#000080][19:52:12] 200 OK
[/COLOR][/SIZE][SIZE=3][COLOR=#008000][19:52:12] PORT 192,168,1,116,7,244
[/COLOR][/SIZE][SIZE=3][COLOR=#ff0000][19:52:12] 500 I won't open a connection to 192.168.1.116 (only to 69.232.212.253)

[COLOR=black]i cant connect to my cpanel ftp account. it said taht i have a main ftp account and that is what im using. i havent created any other ftp accounts.[/COLOR]

i went to chat support and they said it could be cossacks firewall that isnt allowing me to my account.

I think, your FTP Client should request connection using YOUR EXTERNAL IP, and NOT the local one.

sry for being a noob, but how would i do that in smartftp?
