FTP fields for Dreamweaver CS3

Hi, I am a complete novice/first timer. I am trying to build a site in Dreamweaver CS3 and I am not sure what to enter for the FTP data.

It asks for

FTP host:
Host Directory:
Login:
Password:

I have tried several combinations for these but when I test it always comes back with an access denied error.

Can anybody give me an example of what I should be putting in these fields?

FTP host: bestofthefest.x10hosting.com
Host Directory: (try leaving blank), if not put www
Login: badbard
Password: (cPanel Password Here)
