I use Filezilla.

Host: myservername.x10hosting.com -- yours would be level.x10hosting.com
Port: 21
Username: My cPanel username
Password: My cPanel password

Doesn't the same system work for you?

Hi thanks for your response. I'm currently using Dreamweaver and this is what it's asking for:

Server Name: ?
Connect using: FTP over SSL/
FTP Address: ftp.melvinal.x...
User:melvinal_logs...
Pass: XXXXX Need to reset?
Rood Dir:?
Web URL:?
Authentication: Trusted Server

When I ran the test, comes back with an error...?

Your server name would be whatever you want, it's just a name for the connection, name it "Site FTP" or whatever you want.

FTP Address: ftp.yourdomain.com or yourdomain.com

Port: 21

User: You can create a new one in CPanel, or you can use the one you use to log into CPanel.

Password: Rest your password for CPanel -> CLICK HERE To change FTP account password:

Change an FTP Account's Password
To change an existing FTP account's password:
  1. Click Change Password for the FTP account whose password you wish to change.
  2. In the Password field, enter the new password for the FTP account.
    • You should use a secure password. A secure password does not contain any dictionary words and should consist of letters, numbers, and special characters.
    • If you would like cPanel to generate a secure password for you, click the Password Generator button.
  3. Retype the password in the Password (again) field.
  4. Click Change Password.

Root Directory: public_html

WebURL: http://www.yourdomain.com
