ftp isnt working

how do i log into my ftp i got smart ftp what is the code to log in i tried but it doesnt work

i forgot how do i upload on smart ftp thats what i wanted to ask too

Fill in your ftp server which is ftp.*name*.x10hosting.com and fill in username and password then after that click on publc_html folder icon and start uploading index pages, If you still need help drop me a pm and ill be glad to help ya out.
