FTP Issues - Fails to Retrieve Directory Listing

I'm having problems FTP-ing into my account. Log shows successful login but then it hangs while trying to retrieve directory listing and then times out after 90 seconds.

Can someone please help?

Can you confirm the FTP information you are using?
