My FTP login no longer works, I cannot create an FTP account either. My DB is still intact, but this is presenting a big problem. I'm not suspended, so not sure why all my files were deleted? My client's website is down-http://prestocrest.x10.mx/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi that is the page when they enter the address. What happened/how can I fix it?
