Hello, I have created this account at x10hosting.com

I need the FTP username & password details to upload the files at this hosting package.
Also, please inform if this hosting supports Drupal 6.20

Yes, Drupal 6.20 is supported(system requirement/version wise).
You may also use Softaculous for easier and much "hassle free" installation.
With Softaculous, you do not need to upload any file.
