FTP Login Error

Receiving an invalid username/password with all FTP users (default one and new ones) in FileZilla. Using the settings provided by the cPanel (ftp.lebubu.elementfx.com, port 21, normal logon type, account in the <user>@lebubu.elementfx.com format). Triple-checked to see if the password is correct or if caps lock isn't pressed. Am I missing something here?

Could you try the different domains? i.e. lebubu.elementfx.com and x10starka.x10hosting.com
