FTP management

I am new to FTP connection and am using DreamWeaver to connect my design to my ftp account. I am having trouble filling out the setup form on dreamweaver. The txt boxes that need to be filled are:
Server Name:
FTP Address:
UserName:
Password:
Root Directory:
Web URL:

If you could fill me in on what I need to add to those sections it would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the trouble.

I'm not very familiar with DreamWeaver, haven't used it in ages, but if I recall right it should be some like:

Server name: You could set anything, just so you know where you're connecting, for instance "site at x10"
FTP Address: Your main domain, ie tunasdesigns.elementfx.com
UserName: Your cPanel username
Password: Your cPanel password
Root Directory: You can leave empty, but I'd recommend putting in public_html since that's where the site should be uploaded.
Web Url: Not sure why this would be needed but you should probably put your domain here: http://tunasdesigns.elementfx.com
