Ok well I have been trying for a long while now and I can't find any reason why on my side that I can't connect to the FTP part of my account....everything I do says that you FTP server is refusing my connection to it or that it can't connect to it. I have tried everything in the FTP help sections that i could find and nothing seems to work.... I do know that my port 21 is open so i dont' know why this is happening. Any help on this would be nice.....Thank you.
