Try ftp with "itripitravel.com" instead of "ftp.itripitravel.com". Sometimes that works. Depends on how the server is configured.

your site is not exactly pointing to x10, you have to remove old nameservers Just keep the x10 nameservers

Great cossacks.x10hosting.com works. logged into the ftp successfully.

I am using two web hosts simultaneously to host my site.

I have been facing some trouble with my secondary host agilityhoster.com where my office connection could not even detect or ping the "www.agilityhoster.com"

I am doing this so that if one server fails to load the second could be the backup.

Am not sure if it works like that but am just trying things.

I have read about something called "failover DNS" but im not sure how that works or if its free.

So i guess you understand the problem here..

Thanks for the replies guys... you make my life and my world better each day...

You can't use by using only nameservers

you have to use name servers for one and A record for another.

Hi! I was publishing to my site today earlier and I had connection problems too. It looks like the servers are intermittently going offline. For example now, my site: www.ratonio.com can't be viewed. The connection times out. Are you sure your problem is not owed to that? Try to publish and if not possible, check if your site's online. That's the way to know.

Best regards!

You website http://www.ratonio.com/ is loading fine for me..

Flush your DNS http://kb.x10hosting.com/questions.php?questionid=16 and Clear your Browser Cache then try again.
