There are two problems I am facing here: :happysad:

1) The FTP client (CuteFTP) is not working. I have tried my CPanel and my account password and I can't login on him. So either this FTP never worked outside x10Hosting website or I need to do a different step other than already filling the necessary blanks that I saw on your help tutorial.

2) I have tried to upload a 10 MB file (the file size limit is up to 250 MB I guess) and didn't work out on both times. The first time, the browser stops loading. The second, the file was more uploaded, but stopped suddenly. I am using Firefox. This is not normal behavior, not a browser error, it's a problem from the server.

At least using my FTP software I might be able to see if the second problem is still there, but I can't do that if your promised FTP connection on the first problem doesn't work.

Thanks

1) I use CuteFTP, and it works fine.
What information you're using to login to FTP?
You should use:
-Port: 21
-Host: jttfive.x10hosting.com
-Username: jttfive
-Password: Same as your cPanel password.

2) We don't have file upload limits (so you can upload a file that uses all your diskspace).
All PHP scripts have a set time to run (after X seconds/minutes the script stops loading). You need to use FTP to upload big files.

If you still have problems to use FTP, tell us what error you're getting.

Hi there, it's working now. Worked with the Cpanel password, perhaps I missed one letter when filling the password field? It's logged.

I'll get back to you to answer if the file can be uploaded using my FTP client. Personally I don't trust web browsers to upload files, sometimes they can be uploaded without any problems, sometimes the server refuses to receive the file. Perhaps a FTP client is more capable to deal with this and to stay connected with some kinds of servers?
Edit:
Now it's working, thanks for your help!

Regards
