FTP not working....

Hi people,

I think there is some problem with my FTP. Although i am able to log in to my Cpanel and x10hosting profiles, the FTP wont connect. I am not able to update my website. I have checked my previous suspensions and it says suspensions 2 thats all...and no unsuspend button or anything. Can anyone help me understand whats the problem with my FTP and with the suspensions.
