FTP not working

I'm trying to FTP to ftp.mydomain.x10hosting.com but it is not working. I am at work and behind a firewall so that may be the problem. Just curious if the server was up?

I just tested it, and it doesn't work I guess FTP Server is down. You're going to have to use cpanel upload unfortunately.

Ok, thanks for the quick reply. I'll use the cpanel for now to upload some small stuff and just keep checking the FTP servers.

Hmmm, it's still down. Hope this is the exception and not the rule.
