FTP on Cossacks

I know it's annoying to have noobs like me posting retarded questions, but I can't find the answer on my own on this one, So I'm asking you guys. Sorry. I use FileZilla to access the ftp from my site, and I've been using it with no problems at all until yesterday. When I try to sign into it now, it says

Status: Resolving address of demanic.pcriot.com
Status: Connecting to 74.86.240.236:21...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

When before it just signed in and gave me acess. I looked at the thread that shows what features of your server are up or down, and it says that FTP on Cossacks is up. So I know it isn't down, so what's the problem?

Please go to FileZilla settings and disable all options for "Multiple connections". This will make the FireWall temporary block your IP Address.
