FTP on Starka not working

FTP on Starka is NOT working. It brings back this status in FileZilla.
Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Resolving address of ftp.leptwirl.x10.mx
Status: Connecting to 69.175.120.122:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 421 75 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry

Many other users of Starka are having this problem too. You might want to take a look at it.
