FTP password forgotten

Ive recently upgraded my pc but managed to lose the password

Can some one tell me how to reset this or could Admin reset this for me and contact me

If you know your direct login credentials for the hosting control panel, that password should be the same for FTP.

If not, https://community.x10hosting.com/threads/x13-sso-login-issues.216919/ has instructions for changing that password.
