Hi everyone and thanks for the great service.
Small problem - I am able to transfer files via 'file manager' but I want to use WSFTP to upload, check and alter file permissions.
When I use WSFTP to connect to the site I am able to log in, but see a completely different folder to what 'should' be in the public_html folder (which itself is missing or I cannot see!).
I registered my domain with .co.cc and moved it to x10 a couple of days ago.
Any ideas?
Is this a common problem (couldn't see any other posts about this).

Okay - my fault ...
When I added an FTP user under cpannel i failed to notice that the account is given it's own folder to work in... result ... empty site with 'wrong data in it'.
Doh.
Got similar problems? Add an FTP user under cpannel and check the form!
