Ftp problem

I can't use filezilla or core ftp in order to connect to my account:
ftp.halcor.x10hosting.com

Yesterday i could connect and i didn't change anything.

I do a ping to the ip failed and it respond me.

Is it a problem of my computer or the host. Thanks.

Don't add the ftp. part, try it with just halcor.x10hosting.com using your cPanel username and password.
