This happens when I try to upload a file.
It will only not upload to this one directory.

Yes, i've tryed CHMODing, and it has no effect. the chmod doesn't even take place.

try refreshing / Reloading.

and if that wont work, check Cpanel -> file manager for seeing if that directory exist.
