What i wrong, can't connect to the ftp

Is the ftp server might be down check x10hosting.com/account and login and check to c if the green things on the right are green.

if not then just wait it all if u have free.

I understand your problem, For any created FTP's your username must be....In this instance simon@hedgegaad.exofire.net, I found this just yesterday as I was getting the same problem...
