FTP problems

i am using cute ftp and I having some major problems. I cannot get into the folders. I keep getting a "forbidden prompt"

i have set my location to
ftp://[URL="http://centralilparty.x10hosting.com/"]centralilparty.x10hosting.com[/URL]
user: main user name
pass: PW

is there something i am doing wrong??
