ftp program config...

Hi,

i was looking for help on how config an ftp program.
i did not fine it even in the faq of the site it's a pity

my program is flashfxp & i don't know what to put in:

user name = the ipanel user name?
password = the ipanel password?
local path = ?
remote path = ?
ip address = ?

hope someone can help in this issue

I wouldn't use that program since it asks for an I.P address and not an FTP address. I downloaded and tried it and couldn't get it to work.

Why not try, CuteFTP or WS_FTP.

i don't know...
i had flashfxp & it was ok befor the deletion of the accounts on x10hosting & now i do not know what to do...

i wll look at ws & cute ftps

I'v managed to connect with flashfxp & its so easy...
you just need to know where to connect.

i have the 3.0.2 (build 1004)
in the menus you go to sessions/quick connect & there you put the ftp url you have like this - ftp.your-subdomain-name.x10hosting.com
user name & password & connect
