FTP Server

hey there ..

For the last 12 hours or so I have been unable to FTP files into my account. When I look in Ipanel it shows both the FTP and SMTP serevers as offline. I have looked around the forum, I can't see anything about planned maintenance etc. Any ideas?

Your Forums account is not linked with any hosting account..

can you access cpanel?? If yes then what is your cpanel username

and which server you are on??
