Further to my last ticket, I use File Zilla which is the most reliable FTP transfer program I know of. It looks like I am connecting to your server and then I get a 530 Login authentication failed reply. I am not really happy about your login process of requiring us to login using forum account access username and password as well as account username and password before we can access the account control panel. Don't you think you are just asking a bit much? I am losing my patience with you. If you want this resolved and to get my ongoing support, please answer by email within 12 hours.

If you require priority support, I would recommend moving to a paid hosting package. You get 24/7 phone support and a priority ticket system instead of the free ticket system.

I may have reviewed your previous ticket, but I can not recall any specifics. Could you please reiterate what you have tried so far or post in your previous ticket?

1. Your FTP username and password are your cPanel username and password, not your forum username and password. Your FTP server is starka.x10hosting.com. Please verify that you're connecting to the correct server and using your cPanel username and password.
2. It is not necessary to log into the forum to access cPanel. You can log into cPanel directly by going to http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/ and entering your cPanel username and password.
3. As per LadyAnna's post in one of your other two (!) threads on this topic, the nameservers for your domain may not have updated yet. You should still be able to access FTP by connecting to the server you're on, not your domain, but files uploaded may not appear yet.
4. You've created three threads on this topic in under a day, all of which have received replies with much the same information as this one. Please, read what we have to say.

If you are dissatisfied with our services and are losing patience with us, feel free to switch to a different host.

Because two other users have given you support and you have not posted a response back in over 48 hours, I am going to conclue that this problem is now resolved and close this thread. Feel free to create a new support request if you need more help or have any additional questions.
