Alright having a problem connection to my FTP

Having a problem find information on my FTP as far as connecting information and information on my MYSQl table on the sites control panel.

1. So can someone help me out as to where I can find FTP information on x10hosting control center.

2. anyone help me find information on where to check information on MYSQl table.
