FTP throwing errors at 1999 files

I'm uploading IcyPhoenix, a phpBB-based CMS, but, the problem is, it has exactly 3932 files, and it throws errors after uploading 1999 files. Apparently it couldn't start the transfers.
I'll attach a zip with the untransferred files in another post.
