FTP to HTTP - access FTP through HTTP

Basically, I have used FrontPage for ages now, and x10 for a few months. It had been working fine, but then the FP Extensions stopped worked, support said try ftp. So I have uploaded it all using FTP, but the only way to access it that I can see is by ftp://username@pulp.x10.mx.

I want to be able to go to http://pulp.x10.mx and it'll be there. How can I do this?
