FTP Transfer Not at all working....

:happysad: Me and my friend are using different accounts with different passwords.... I mean our website have no connections... He can upload files to his account via FTP from my computer but I can't.. I'm sure that the login details I entered are correct... Why this happens? If there any chance to suspent my FTP account... But my hosting account is OK.... Please HELp!!! :eek4:
