I cannot access ftp server, nor find info in faq or anywhere on the site. I must be overlooking something.

Using FTP Commander (old, but has worked for years with anther site), I used ftp.mac-appleholics.x10hosting.mx with account ventura1 and password Hurley. I get 500 No Data (Winsock error #11004). I also tried with my forum name rtpizza65, and with account id MAP3535486 with same results.
