FTP/Web Disk Problem

My website's FTP and HTTPS aren't working. I can see the files with the File Manager and can view them in my browser, I just can't connect with FTP or Web Disk.
My address is willcasper.x10hosting.com, login casperw

What ftp client are you using. Also what error are you receiving when you try connecting?
