FTP Website Problems

after a long few hours i finally got my ftp working this morning but i added some files to the www dictionary and i tried to look it up using my browser it said that there was no such page help please? i need to know if I put the files in the wrong place or that the server is down......


also having problems with cPannel, i log in then sometimes it automatically logs out them i try to log in it says invalid username and password

does it only happen if theres a sudden change or it happens frequently if i use something like a database?

It happens when something on your site uses too much of the server's CPU and/or memory.
